Your Kid Started a Business Today.
The Young Bosses Entrepreneurship Academy is a high-energy bootcamp where kids ages 8–14 dream up a business, build it with a team, learn real money math — and pitch it on stage in 60 seconds.
Think It. Build It. Sell It. Lead It.
What Happens in 3 Hours
- Think It: 12 real business principles — goals, ideas, customers, profit
- Build It: teams create a business with a name, product, price & profit plan
- Sell It: the 60-second Young Boss Pitch in front of judges, parents & applause
- Lead It: the 30-Day $100 Business Challenge starts the same day
- Every graduate earns the Young Boss Entrepreneur Certificate
The Lesson They’ll Never Forget
Revenue is money coming in. Expenses is money going out. Profit is what’s left. And sales are not the same as profit — a lesson most adults never learn.

FAQ
What ages?
8–14.
Does my child need experience?
None. Most students have never thought about business — that’s the point.
What should they bring?
Just themselves. Workbooks, materials, and snacks are provided.
Is the $100 Challenge real money?
The $100 is a planning budget on paper. Real spending is optional, needs parent permission, and many winners spend $0.
Can parents watch the pitches?
Please do — the last 40 minutes are the best part.
